What is the deadline to RSVP?

Why does the RSVP ask if I’m interested in a number of fun activities?

We don’t have a traditional wedding party, but we’d still like to plan some fun stuff with anyone who’s available and interested. We’re going to try to schedule these things close to 6/21 based on availability, so if you indicate interest we’ll reach out to do further planning.

Is there a dress code?

Dressy casual, please.

What time should I arrive?

We plan to start the ceremony at 5pm, so please arrive a little beforehand to get settled.

Are kids invited?

If they’re your kids, then yes.

Will there be dancing?

Oh yes, there will be dancing.

What is there to do in the area?

There are lots of great hiking trails near the venue. Abraham Lincoln Park itself has a number of trails with views of the bay, and a couple of them have trailheads at the lodge (just be ready for some elevation). Other nearby parks we’d recommend are Lucien Morin Park and Mendon Ponds Park if you’re feeling adventurous, or Ellison Park and Corbett’s Glen for some lighter hiking.

Kayaking is another option. You can rent kayaks just down the road from Abraham Lincoln Park, but check in with Henry and Ian if you’re interesting in doing this.
